Does the home-design service include construction?
Yes. GO Designs can design and build home renovations across the Las Cruces–El Paso corridor. You can also hire us for design and planning alone. The proposal defines the work included. For properties in Arizona and California, we provide design only.
Can both interior and exterior changes be planned?
Yes. GO Designs plans interior layouts and exterior changes, including additions, porches, balconies, and ADUs. The drawings needed depend on the existing property and the proposed changes.
Does an ADU concept confirm permission to build?
No. A concept is a starting point. Site rules, utilities, structural requirements, and applicable approvals need to be reviewed for the property before construction can be planned.
