National design services

Design with us,build locally.

We consider landscape, pool, outdoor living, and home design projects across the United States. You can work with us before choosing a builder. We’ll talk through your project, confirm whether we’re a fit, and agree on the design work before getting started.

01 / The approach

Show us your property.

Send us the property location, photos, any plans or surveys you have, and a description of what you’d like to change. We use video conversations and satellite views to talk through how you use the space and what you want to keep.

We look at how the house and landscape connect: where you arrive, where you spend time together, and what you see from inside. We consider how shade, planting, paths, or a pool could work together. If the project also involves the house, we can discuss home design and renovation planning.

We’ll need reliable information about measurements, ground levels, utilities, drainage, and other site conditions. Before designing, we agree on what’s needed and who will provide or check it. If a visit would help, we discuss it as part of the design work.

Our national service is design-only. You hire a local team to build the project, with qualified local professionals handling any required engineering, permits, and code review. Our proposal sets out the drawings and other design work we’ll provide. A concept or 3D view is not a permit-ready set of construction drawings.

02 / Selected projects

See what you like.

Both projects were built in New Mexico. A layout, material, or the feel of a space can help you show us what you have in mind. We’ll plan around your property and local conditions.

03 / Before getting started

Plan for your local builder.

Let us know if you’re already working with a builder or other local professionals, and what you need help deciding. We’ll discuss which drawings and 3D studies you need, what revisions are included, and how we’ll work with your team. Before construction starts, your local team should check site conditions, material availability, costs, and any additional documents the work requires.

04 / A few useful answers

Planning questions.

Can I ask about a design outside Arizona and California?

Yes. We consider design-only projects across the United States. Tell us where the property is, what you’d like to do, and your approximate budget. Share any property information you have so we can discuss whether we’re a fit.

What should I send before we talk?

Start with the property address, photos of the spaces you want to change, and a short description of your priorities. Send plans, surveys, measurements, or information from your local builder if you have them. We’ll discuss anything else we need before agreeing on the work.

Will GO Designs build the project or get the permits?

No. National design services do not include construction or obtaining local permits. You’ll hire a local construction team and any qualified professionals needed for engineering, permitting, and code compliance. The design proposal sets out the level of drawing detail and how we’ll coordinate with them.

Can you adapt a Texas or New Mexico project for my property?

A project in our portfolio can help us understand what you like, but copying its plan, planting, or materials may not suit your property. Your climate, terrain, available water, local rules, and the architecture of your home all shape the design.
